Busy Stuart office is seeking a full-time experienced Administrative Assistant/Receptionist/Sales Assistant that is pleasant, motivated and organized.
This position requires excellent interpersonal communication skills and the willingness to provide support to managers and staff, as well as interact with clients.
This highly professional individual must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel and have great phone, customer service and time management skills.
Duties include, but not limited to: Data entry, accounts receivable, bank deposits, general office tasks and assisting staff with presentations & proposals. Being a Florida notary is a plus.
