Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Daily development and outline of show; guest booking, execution and delivery of top performing show consistent with the brand.

  • Work in conjunction with show host to assist show development and execution.

  • Bring value to the operation, add information and entertainment value to everything we do on-air, on-line and through social media channels.

  • Booker/ Production skill-set- proficient with prior experience guest booking, proficient in all areas of production including developing promos for the show, preparing actualities, and all details associated with En Este Pais con Lourdes Ubieta.

  • Team Player- Assist all departments including commercial production, station promos and backup support for other operational duties related to vacations and illness impacting other shows.

  • Work ethic: Relentless work ethic, passion to win and win BIG.

  • What other superpower skills do you bring?

  • Other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years in radio or similar field

  • Strong work ethic, self-motivator, detail oriented, well-organized, takes direction/coaching

  • Technical experience, including experience with Adobe Audition and similar program and high

  • level editing experience/working with Automation

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience with organizing lineups with program manager, managing client needs, live endorsements, etc.
