Job Title: Local Selling Sales Manager
Job Description: Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain local direct account executives for a 5-station radio cluster in South Florida. Candidate must possess a strong radio background including new business development, ability to handle both direct and agency business, and an unbelievable work ethic! The position requires both the managing of a 4+ member team of new sellers (under 2 years) plus handling and growing of an account list. A STREET WARRIOR is a must!
This is an excellent position for someone who does not punch a clock, has a desire to grow within a company, and a non-stop winning attitude.
- 3 years + radio sales experience
- Understanding of Nielsen ratings and ability to build effective schedules
- Thorough knowledge and proven track record of the process of local direct selling
- Positive attitude and ability to deal with co-workers in all departments effectively
- Ability to overcome obstacles and solve problems
- Radio management experience a plus but not required
