Beasley Media Group Tampa is seeking an experienced, motivated individual to create and sell non-traditional revenue (NTR) opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing and selling sales promotions and advertiser events. The position will report to the Director of Sales and will work closely with the sales and promotions departments. Responsibilities include participation in annual budget planning as well as individual event budget planning. The candidate will be selling opportunities independently and working with account executives, advertisers and third-party vendors.
-Minimum five years of media sales experience;
-Ability to create, write, and develop new business opportunities;
-Maintain P&L’s for all events, with a goal to meet or exceed margin goals;
-Track key sales metrics and prepare reports for management;
-Assist in event sales training for account executives;
-Coordinate event logistics and fulfill all commitments to sponsors, vendors and partners;
-Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients/agencies;
-Develop top quality, customized presentations;
-Adhere to station policies regarding pricing, merchandising, commercial content, competitive product protection, and inventory management;
-Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail and deadlines;
-Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
